Our tenant screening process starts with a low cost application fee per adult residing in the property. Our screening process involves a full background check including credit, criminal, employment or source of income and rental/residence history. Once approved, tenants will be asked to pay the deposit in full and sign a lease to hold the property for them until move in. Tenants will be required to pay the first month rent prior to taking occupancy.


Avoid being late on rent! Tenants may make online payments 24/7 through their portal login. Tenants can also setup automatic payments to be deducted every month. Owners can also make contributions to their portfolio through their portal login.
